"Had a smoothe check in. They didnt have a small shop for incidentals and other toiletries which was a shame. The room was decorated well and comfortable. The toilets are very very low. The windows are thin so you'll hear everything outside. There was an actual space heater plugged in on the floor which was very strange. It also happened to be the one that was recalled due to fire risk and was on the national news only 2 days prior. Overall not bad, sufficient is the word I would use but the...

"Amazing Balcony Views from 17th Floor Suite. Helpful Staff at front desk. Loved the Welcome Drinks tokens. Cool Club free access for resdients. Spotless Large Room with incredible wrap around balcony for suite. The views of Manhattan from Freedom Tower to Empire STate were incredible. "
